Sprains are a common complaint experienced by everyone which is usually caused by falling, slip or after doing sports activities. Some people choose masseurs to treat sprains rather than medical rehabilitation, but in fact massaging traumatized muscles, ligaments or tendons will worsen the condition and cause inflammation.
What You Should Do:
Initial treatment that you can do is a cold compress, rest the leg and place the leg in a higher position.
If the pain does not improve for a while, immediately consult a doctor or the nearest hospital.
