Hernia Nucleus Pulposus (HNP) or commonly known as a Pinched Nerve is a condition that occurs as a result of the bearings of the spinal column shifting and pressing on the spinal nerves. As a result, there is an extraordinary feeling of pain, heat, aching, tingling, until it feels like electrocution. The pain radiates down to the calf or toes. There are various causes of HNP. Risk factors include smoking, coughing for too long, sitting the wrong way, lifting the wrong things, and so on.
