Grha Kedoya Hospital – Thursday 20 July 2023 in the Multifunction Room of Grha Kedoya Hospital, the leaders of each unit conducted the EMC Healthcare Effective Supervisory Leadership Development Program training in the form of material presentation, project-based learning, and presentations by Ir. Bambang Syumanjaya, MM, MBA HR Director EMC Healthcare Group. The training is also interspersed with discussions to improve competence in the fields of technical skills, human skills, and managerial skills. Especially in managing resources efficiently, be it human resources, costs, time, and others.
The basic reason for carrying out this program is none other than because every business entity definitely wants to get the character of the human resources it needs. However, there is a greater relevance than just developing character.
Ir. Bambang Syumanjaya, MM, MBA HR Director EMC Healthcare Group Said that "in a group as a leader we must be able to have the principle of leading by setting a good example, open and positive communication that allows everyone to understand each other."
The overall goal of this unique and focused program is to equip senior and middle managers with the skills, knowledge and abilities to lead their people through difficult times. Delivered virtually, the program provides a flexible learning approach through short webinars, action learning, and a library of resources, which address key issues and provide practical tools to support managers. Developed around the four main themes of Self-Leadership, Leading Organizations, Leading People, and Leading Teams.
Not only the presentation of the material and training, the participants totaling around 38 people who were divided into 4 groups were given games which were useful for the cohesiveness of each team in the EMC Healthcare Effective Supervisory Leadership Development Program event.
