EMC Alam Sutera Hospital has won the WSO Angels Awards

Stroke is the second leading cause of death and disability in the world and is responsible for the loss of 116 million years of healthy life each year. The impact on individuals, families and communities is unpredictable.

The WSO (World Stroke Organization) is committed to improving stroke treatment outcomes, by ensuring that patients around the world have access to stroke care that optimizes their survival and recovery.

As part of this work we are partnering with the ANGELS Initiative, to increase the number of patients admitted to stroke-ready hospitals and to optimize the quality of care at all existing stroke centers.

The WSO Angels Awards aim to:

  • Providing practical support to improve stroke care globally
  • Recognize and promote best practices in stroke care
  • Share important learnings around implementing quality stroke care.

EMC Alam Sutera Hospital has won the WSO Angels Awards Platinum for the Q3 Period & Gold for the Q4 Period. We are committed to always providing world standard quality stroke care that is recognized by the World Stroke Organization.
