The survival rate is the capability of hemodialysis patients from the first time they used Hemodialysis (HD) until the moment they died at the EMC Hospital.
1. If based on the records of patients who died at the EMC Hospital since 2019 the results are as follows:
Based on the data above, data from the IRR (Indonesian renal registry 2016) is used as a comparison. The highest survival rate in the 2016 IRR is 7-12 months. Whereas in EMC in 2019 the highest figure reached 13-24 months, because the 2017 IRR data did not include a survival rate, while up to the time this article was written, the 2018 IRR had not been published.
2. Survival of Hemodialysis (HD) patients at EMC Tangerang Hospital, when calculated based on patients who are still alive, is illustrated as follows:
Hemodialysis (HD) patients who go to EMC Hospital, have undergone HD for more than 2 years, as much as 20.5%. Patients who underwent HD treatment at the EMC Hospital for more than 11 years (> 121 months) were 0.5%. It is possible that patients who take monthly medication listed during the Hemodialysis (HD) period can still live much longer.
