The World Stroke Organization (WSO), as a global association focusing on stroke, partnering with Angels initiative, an organization which is developing healthcare community for a better stroke care provision, are committed to improve outcomes for stroke. They attempt to ensure stroke patients worldwide, to get a better quality and access of care. They hold “The WSO Angels Awards”, aiming to promote best practice in stroke care and to recognize high performing hospitals delivering stroke care.
Grha Kedoya Hospital receives “Platinum Status” in the WSO Angels award, as this hospital has been showing a consistent and improved stroke care delivery for its patients, by standardizing stroke care of treatment and procedures, increasing response time of care, enrolling the registry of stroke care quality (RES-Q), and also analysing the quality data and performance for improvement.
